DEPOSITS : A deposit
equal to the first nights accommodation for a double will be required
to guarantee site/cabin held and confirmed. Payable by Credit Card,
Money Order or Cheque.
REFUND POLICY
PEAK PERIOD BOOKINGS
Where at least 30 days
notice has been given, the following options apply:
OPTION A : Full credit of deposit to a future booking to be used
within 12 months
OPTION B : Refund of deposit less a $12.00 administration fee
Where less than 30 days
notice has been given, or for a partial cancellation deposits will
be refunded with the following options:
If site or cabin is re-booked then option A & B are applicable
If site or cabin is not re-booked, no refund is honoured.
OFF PEAK BOOKINGS:
Where at least 8 days
notice has been given, the following options apply:
OPTION A : Full credit of deposit to a future booking to be used
within 12 months
OPTION B : Refund of deposit less a $12.00 Administration fee
Where less than 8 days
notice has been given, or for a partial cancellation, deposits will
be refunded with the following options:
